This page describes what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It does not cover data processed inside products you have a separate agreement for — that is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you complete the contact form we store your name, email address, and anything else you choose to put in the phone, subject and message fields.
• Basic request data. Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded alongside a submission, to help us identify spam and abuse.
• Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Why we hold it

Solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add contact-form submissions to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are commercially relevant and are reviewed periodically. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, unless we are required to retain it.

Who can see it

Our own staff, and the infrastructure providers that host this site and our database. We do not pass enquiry data to advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
